i get 317 dps with overloaded guns and my skills i fit 2 ions, 1 neutron with fed navy antimatter 1 gallente magstab and two damage rigs. :) eft says with max skills and dread guristas anti you'd get 342 dps overloaded

thorax's drone bay saves it from being plain worse than garmon's rupture. thorax has it's drone bay, it's dps, and it's high sensor strength. ruppy has it's speed, buffer tank, auxiliary highslots, and it's range.

hail has a use against most t1 ships and some t2 ships that don't have very good explosive damage resistances.. in those circumstances when ur 1km away from your target the dps from Hail will outdo blasters and lasers.
